You'll take home more than photos—expect renewed energy, lasting memories, and a little more space in your spirit.

Daily Yoga Offerings

Each day begins and ends with movement that meets you where you are. Morning classes lean into energizing formats like vinyasa and flow—designed to wake up the body and breathe in the day. In the evenings, we wind things down with slower styles like nidra, restorative, and gentle yoga, helping you soften into the rhythm of the island.

All classes are led by Dania and Beth in a breezy, open-air space with mats, props, and everything you need to settle in comfortably. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, we’ll offer choices and support that make every class your own.

Island Accommodations

Settle into comfort with a view—our retreat accommodations are perched on a private island surrounded by the Caribbean Sea. Each guestroom is thoughtfully designed with natural textures, ocean breezes, and just the right touch of simplicity and style. Thatched roofs, gentle waves, and curated details create a space that’s both grounding and restorative.

You’ll stay in overwater bungalows or island cabanas, each with comfy beds and private bathrooms. It’s barefoot luxury at its best—where connection to nature meets a truly peaceful stay.

To help you fully unwind, Wi-Fi is available only in the thoughtfully designed common areas, but not in individual rooms. We’ve found that disconnecting from digital noise—even for a little while—makes it easier to reconnect with yourself and with nature.

Additional Adventures & Island Play

Beyond yoga and easy island living, we’ve curated two unforgettable excursions to deepen your Belize experience:

Group Snorkel Trip in the Belize Barrier Reef—explore vibrant coral and marine life

Jungle Day Tour to Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, including river tubing and a Maya Chocolate experience

Want to keep it mellow between outings? You’ll have exclusive access to all non-motorized island equipment—kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, fishing poles, and more. Float, paddle, explore, or simply unwind.

Need deeper restoration? The on-site spa offers massages and treatments at additional cost—perfect for surrendering to island serenity.
