A dynamic, high-intensity Pilates experience rooted in classical principles but elevated with modern fusion work. This class pushes deeper into core strength, stability, and endurance using the Magic Ring, weighted balls, and light to moderate hand weights. Expect creative sequencing, layered variations, and fresh combinations each week so your body never plateaus. You’ll move through classical foundations, then break them open with innovative twists that challenge balance, coordination, and full-body integration. All levels are welcome, with options to scale up or down — but come ready to work.

In Yin Yoga, participants will hold poses passively for 5-7 minutes to target connective tissues and fascia. All poses are practiced on the floor, typically reclined or seated. Participants may be barefoot or wear socks.

In our Slow Flow class, we will hold poses longer than in a typical Vinyasa class, taking several breaths in each pose, rather than moving with each breath. This will allow time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance.
